We also work with many other insurance that allow you to see any provider (open networks or out of network provider plans, call your insurance to confirm you can see any provider on your plan).

Simple Pay at the Time of Care Options

Some patients are without insurance, or they have insurance we don’t accept. You can choose to pay out of pocket for visits. We have clear discounted pricing for patients who choose to pay for their visits on the day of the visit. Call us for pricing information. To qualify for the discounted pricing, full payment needs to be made on the day of the visit.

Prescriptions

Your prescriptions can be refilled by having your pharmacy fax us now at 503-625-2899. If you have a prescription that requires a written prescription, please phone our office.
